If you live or work in Dubai and want TEREA sticks or an ILUMA device brought to your door, this page explains how our Dubai service runs, from the 8:00 PM cut-off to the neighbourhoods we reach. IQOS TEREA Dubai is an independent UAE retailer, and Dubai is the city where our express delivery is fastest.
Looking for flavours and prices first? Browse the full range and current prices on our Terea Dubai shop, then come back here for delivery details.
Orders placed before 8:00 PM qualify for same-day express delivery in Dubai. The typical delivery window is 1 hour after your order has been confirmed by our team, seven days a week. Payment is cash on delivery or card where available, and every buyer must be 18 or older.
From checkout to your doorstep: the Dubai timeline
Speed in Dubai depends less on the courier than on how quickly your order is verified, so it helps to know what happens at each stage.
- Before 8:00 PM: you place the orderPick your items on the shop, enter your Dubai address and a phone number that you can answer.
- Straight after: order confirmationYou receive a confirmation message or email. Your order is now in the queue for verification.
- Next: a short check with our teamSupport may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm the address and agree a delivery slot. Answering quickly helps keep the wait short.
- Then: dispatch and deliveryOnce verified, the parcel goes out with a courier and typically reaches you within 1 hour of confirmation.
Ordering after 8:00 PM? Same-day delivery is not promised for late orders. A short WhatsApp message will tell you the next available slot.
Dubai neighbourhoods we deliver to
We serve Dubai as a whole. The groups below give examples of the areas we serve, and if your neighbourhood is missing, send your location on WhatsApp before you order.
Old Dubai and the creek
Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Rigga, Karama and Satwa. In the older, denser streets, building names and nearby landmarks matter more than street numbers.
Central and waterfront Dubai
Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lakes Towers. In towers, include the tower name, the floor and the unit number.
Communities and suburbs
Al Barsha, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Mirdif and Al Qusais. In villa communities, a gate number or nearby landmark saves the courier time.
ILUMA devices you can order in Dubai
These are the ILUMA models listed on our shop, with their listed prices at the time of writing (September 2026). Each colour has its own product page.
| Model | Listed price | Example product |
|---|---|---|
| ILUMA One | AED 180 | ILUMA One Azure Blue |
| ILUMA Standard | AED 280 | ILUMA Black Standard |
| ILUMA Prime | AED 400 | ILUMA Prime Gold |
A device works only with compatible sticks, so add TEREA cartons from the TEREA range at the same time. Not sure how to load the first stick? Our guide on inserting a TEREA stick correctly takes a couple of minutes to read.
Visiting Dubai as a tourist
Buying in the UAE and carrying tobacco across a border are two different things. If you are in Dubai for a short stay, read the customs rules for tourists guide, and for any purchase give the team your building name and unit number so the courier can find a hotel or rental quickly.
TEREA products for Dubai
Here are eight TEREA sticks from the range we deliver in Dubai. Each one is listed by country of origin, because flavour names change from one market to another.
Prefer to browse by origin? Go to TEREA Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Swiss or Uzbekistan, or open all TEREA sticks. Three examples from the Dubai range: Terea Sienna Indonesia, Terea Purple Menthol Kazakhstan and Terea Dimensions Yugen Indonesia.
IQOS ILUMA i products for Dubai
The ILUMA i series is the newer IQOS ILUMA generation and uses the same TEREA sticks. In Dubai you can order all three formats.
ILUMA i ONE is the single-piece device, while ILUMA i and ILUMA i PRIME pair a holder with a pocket charger. Examples: Iluma I One Terracotta (Orange), ILUMA i Standard Electric Purple and Iluma I Prime Electric Purple. The whole line is in the IQOS ILUMA i range.

Dubai delivery questions
What is the same-day cut-off for Dubai orders?
Orders placed before 8:00 PM qualify for our same-day express delivery in Dubai. If you order later than that, message the team on WhatsApp and ask for the next available slot.
How long does delivery take once my order is confirmed?
Our delivery policy quotes a typical window of 1 hour from order confirmation. The clock starts after our team has checked your address, not at the moment you press the order button.
Can I choose the time my parcel arrives?
Yes. When support contacts you to verify your address, you can agree a preferred time slot with them over WhatsApp.
Do you deliver on Fridays, weekends and public holidays?
Our delivery service runs seven days a week. On a public holiday, send a quick WhatsApp message first so the team can tell you what to expect.
Which parts of Dubai are covered?
We deliver across Dubai, from Deira and Bur Dubai to Downtown, the Marina and the suburban communities. If you are unsure about your exact location, send it on WhatsApp before you order.
What do I pay at the door?
You can pay cash on delivery, or by card where card payment is available. There is no need to pay anything before the parcel reaches you unless you choose online payment at checkout.
Is delivery free in Dubai?
Delivery is free once your cart passes a minimum amount. Below that amount a delivery fee applies, and the exact figure appears at checkout before you confirm.
Which sticks can I use with the devices listed here?
TEREA sticks are made for IQOS ILUMA-series devices, which covers ILUMA, ILUMA i, ILUMA Prime and ILUMA One. Older IQOS 3 DUO and IQOS 2.4 devices do not accept TEREA sticks.
I am a visitor to Dubai. Can I order for delivery?
You can message us to ask, but what you may carry into or out of the UAE is a separate matter. Read the customs rules guide for tourists before you travel.
